Owner Biography:

Aaron Gusel, founder of Azuma Tech Systems, began his career in electronics while serving in the United States Navy in 1991, where he developed the technical discipline and problem-solving skills that continue to define his work today.

Following his military service, Aaron built decades of hands-on experience in the low-voltage industry, specializing in K-12 educational environments. Throughout his career, he has successfully served in roles ranging from lead installer and service technician to project manager and system designer — giving him a comprehensive understanding of projects from concept through completion.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from San Diego State University in 2018, strengthening his ability to lead projects with both technical expertise and sound business practices.

He holds multiple professional certifications, including State of California Fire Alarm Certification and NICET Fire Alarm Systems certification, along with advanced training in Systimax structured cabling design, Gamewell-FCI E-3 fire alarm systems, and DMP security systems.

Today, Aaron leads Azuma Tech Systems with a commitment to reliability, code compliance, and long-term client partnerships — delivering life-safety and low-voltage solutions that organizations can depend on.
